As a franchisor, we also want to set our Franchise Partners up for success and give them peace of mind. Our Care Services Centre is a centralised call centre that is open 24/7, 365 days a year. It manages all of our Franchise Partners’ scheduling and processes – up to 1000 calls a day. From people calling to inquire about our services to caregivers or clients calling in to reschedule a visit, we handle it all so our Franchise Partners can focus their time and energy on building the business.
